2011s Winter Futsal League

22 Nov 2019 by Yawar Shahzad

We are excited to announce our 2011s participation in the Escola Futsal Academy’s Winter League.

This is a competitive format league with mix of advanced and intermediate level teams. All games will be refereed by Escola Futsal coaches and academy players.

Our players will be selected based on attendance, attitude and behaviour at training with an eye also on matching as best we can to our oppositions level to ensure all involved benefit from the experience.

The winter league will run from December 2019 through to February 2020 and is a great opportunity to keep the squad playing throughout the winter break. All matches are indoors and will be played at the Johnstone Community Sports Hub. This is a perfect venue for futsal with viewing windows on the outside of the hall for parents and spectators to watch.

To participate in the winter league players will require to have suitable indoor football shoes that have flat, soft rubber soles.  NOT STUDS OR BLADES. (the Astro boots with the small dimples soles will be fine if you don’t have indoor boots)
