If you are a parent, select Parent and the Squad name your young football player is a member of.
Please include the full name of your son/daughter in the box under where we ask "Team son/daughter plays for", as well as the Year they were born, or the Squad your footballer plays in i.e. Alasdair Saint 2013 - Jennifer Mirren G9/11s.
If basic information is left incomplete, such as just putting your first name and no last name, or leaving out your address, postcode, phone number or email - you will delay your membership, or the Club will remove the application.
All parent members of our squads should make a point of joining this team app!
